■The model 444 Alphaline Temperature Transmitter is the result of combining Rosemount's acknowledged leadership in temperature measurement technology with the design concept of the pacesstting Alphaline Pressure Transmitter.
■The model 444 is designed to give a RFI-insensitive 4-20mADC output for either a RTD, thermocouple or millivolt input. The unit features continuous 3:1 temperature span adjustability designed into its removable and interchangeable plug-in circuit boards. The dual-compartment housing permits the electronics to be environmentally isolated from the zero and span terminals. The thermocouple and millivolt models are supplied with electrical isolation in the transmitter electronics to allow for grounding of the input signal.
■The rangeability of the model 444, the interchangeable circuit boards , and the dual housing design , in effect an " integral " junction box , greatly reduce installation, commissioning, maintenance and inventory costs.
■Complete temperature transmitter assembies including sensors, thermowells and fittings can also be supplied by Rosemount.
